I would definitely recommend Sarah and most highly. She is very professional, open, positive, friendly and knowledgeable. I was concerned about how to structure the Will and cover every detail and eventuality. I was concerned about my making mistakes or missing out important details. However, Sarah made the whole process very easy and understandable, explaining everything in appropriate detail but in language tailored to her audience. She did not baffle me with legal language but made things clear and transparent. The service was very individual and tailored to me, I did not feel I was getting a one size fits all service but one that was specifically built around me. Sarah is very flexible and took time to listen and understand my needs. She recognised my busy schedule and adapted so that the whole process never felt like a chore. I was confident at all times in Sarah’s ability and knowledge. I felt guided and supported throughout. I never felt pressured into anything, but felt fully informed of the choices open to me that best suited my needs and situation.
Sarah came to our house and arranged to update our Wills. We appreciated her direct approach and her honesty. She has now visited us a few times and has met our children (adults).
We would thoroughly recommend her.
Sarah was extremely professional in her conduct and she simplified and demystified our confusion over what exact provision and Wills we needed in place given our personal circumstances. She provided us with a first class service, thoroughly recommended.
Hollingworth Law rocks!
With an impending retirement we felt it would be a prudent time not only to review our finances but our Wills as well. On recommendation, we met Sarah to ensure that our new Wills would reflect our current needs and wishes.
Meeting at home, sitting at our own dining room table, gave us full opportunity to discuss all aspects of our ongoing requirements with Sarah. With her up to date knowledge and guidance we have taken this opportunity to put in place not just our Wills, but Lasting Powers of Attorney and home Severance Deed, all personalised to our needs.
Sarah’s relaxed, approachable style made the whole process easy and we would wholeheartedly recommend her services.
Thank you for all your help you really did make it easier.
My Will was, theoretically, simple. I now have a document which I feel has the additional benefit of a trust to protect my beneficiary’s best interests. I also have my Lasting Powers of Attorney which I have been prevaricating about because I did not totally understand the wording of the forms. I most liked the bit of banter and having an advisor who my beneficiary and trustees could work with.
When my son was born, I knew that I must make a Will, but I had put off doing one because I run a very busy property maintenance business and all my time and energy is put into that. However, it was much easier than I had anticipated and I wish I had done it earlier.
Sarah visited me in my home after I had finished work. The meeting only took an hour and Sarah led me through a number of questions, putting everything into straightforward, understandable terms. I was not blinded with jargon. It was low-key, friendly and relaxed. Much better than going to a solicitor’s office. Sarah explained the costs openly and in advance.
I am very, very pleased with the service.
The fact that we did not have a proper Will had been playing on my mind for years. Our last Will was made years ago when our children were small. Now they are adults, we did not need guardians but we did want to ensure that life would not change too much and that their inheritance would be secured for them. Parents and contemporaries are passing and I saw terrible strife between people over Wills, or the lack of them. I did buy Will kits from shops and attempted to fill them in, but they were far too simplistic. I did not know what I should put into them. It was far too risky so we decided to use a professional with experience.
Once I went to Sarah, I felt instant peace of mind knowing that all our concerns and wishes would be listened to and more than that, Sarah helped us to consider scenarios which we had not thought of in order to achieve a Will which would protect our estate for our children far into the future. I liked the fact that Sarah came to see us in our home rather than us having to go into an office environment. Even though Sarah is very professional, she made me feel at ease and relaxed. What could have been intimidating was not at all. Sarah has empathy with family situations and dynamics as she has first hand experience. She is able to moderate discussions between both husband and wife and help to make the right decisions which suit both parties to a relationship.
I totally recommend Sarah to anyone in any situation. Sarah has a warm personality backed with legal experience which is given at a human level.
We needed to revise our existing Wills due to a change in circumstances ie sale of business. Sarah had a thorough understanding of the path to plan and implement our Wills and LPAs. She has a friendly and down to earth approach. The work was concluded promptly with a simple, no nonsense explanation of the legalities while showing a holistic understanding of our personal requirements. Sarah has a friendly and personable approach to us as clients and we would feel very comfortable recommending her to friends and family members.
I wanted to make a will to make things easier for my family after I have gone, or if I am incapacitated. It will save time, money and stress for my loved ones, and quite frankly it would be irresponsible not to have one.
The service was amazing and I soon realised how important it was to use a professional for this work. There were things to consider that I had not thought about, and without proper advice the Will would be worthless .The best thing about working with Sarah was how easy she made it for me. Sarah came to my house, no pressure just good advice, a draft Will was emailed over with everything explained, including the costs involved. The final details were all agreed and then safe storage for the Will was organised.
Benefits include peace of mind for me and my family, minimising tax due on my death and it made me get my finances in order now.
I am very happy to recommend Sarah because she is professional, understanding and has a legal background, so I know that I am in safe hands.
My advice to anyone is to get it done sooner than later, and to use a professional rather than a sales person.
